High Impact Group LLC is led by Carlos Gonzalez and operates from the North Atlanta metro. HIG combines commercial construction coordination, electrical and low-voltage knowledge, technical diagnostics, documentation and business judgment to help owners make better project decisions.

The company is bilingual in English and Spanish and uses qualified professionals, specialized vendors and contractors when the project requires them. HIG’s role is to create clarity, accountability and control—not to blur professional or licensing boundaries.

Clear answers before work begins.

What does an Owner’s Representative do?+

An Owner’s Representative works from the client’s side of the table. HIG helps organize scope, responsibilities, proposals, communication, decisions and project records so the owner has clearer control. HIG does not replace the architect, engineer, attorney, inspector or licensed trade professional.

Does HIG perform every trade directly?+

No. HIG defines and coordinates the work and may execute technical services within its verified capabilities. When a project requires a specific professional or trade license, the appropriate qualified and licensed party must be engaged as required.

Can HIG help before construction starts?+

Yes. Early involvement is often the highest-value stage. HIG can identify missing information, organize requirements, review proposals and map responsibilities before expensive commitments are made.

Do you work with first-time commercial owners?+

Yes. HIG explains the process in plain language and helps owners coordinate landlords, design professionals, vendors, utilities, contractors and project decisions.

How is pricing determined?+

Commercial work is priced from a defined scope. HIG may use a fixed phase fee, paid assessment, project fee or monthly management retainer depending on risk, duration and responsibilities.

What areas do you serve?+

HIG is based in the North Atlanta metro and evaluates projects throughout the surrounding Georgia market. Multi-location and remote coordination work may extend beyond that area when the scope is a fit.

Bring the problem. We’ll start by defining it.

Use the intake form to organize the basic facts. HIG will review the project, confirm whether it is a fit and identify the appropriate next step.
